How these estimates work

An estimate of lifetime activities for fun, not a diagnosis of biological age.

Existing average tables describe US assumptions. They are not Korean population statistics or a biological age assessment.

School uses ages 6–18, 180 days × 6 hours per year. Work starts after age 18 using 52 × 5 weekdays; study uses ages 6–22 and 365 days.

Source labels identify the existing model references. These estimates are not a claim of current research verification.

Frequently Asked Questions

How accurate are these calculations?

These estimates use the existing activity model and your optional daily habits. Actual time varies. They are for fun and reflection, not a diagnosis of biological age.

Is my data stored?

Drafts stay in this tab’s memory. Birth dates and optional compressed habits appear in result and invitation URLs. The server receives these parameters to validate the page. Links may remain in browser history, hosting logs and sharing services. See the privacy policy for feedback and advertising.

Where does the data come from?

The existing model refers to CDC, BLS, USDA, US Census, Nielsen and Digital 2024, with US population and K–12 assumptions. Source labels do not claim that this site continually updates or verifies the latest studies. The preserved average tables are not Korean population statistics.

Can I compare with friends?

Yes. Compare two birth dates and optional habits, or send an invitation. The inviter remains the first person and the friend responding becomes the second person. Anyone with the link can see its inputs.

Why are school and work hours different from other categories?

School assumes ages 6–18 and 180 days × 6 hours per year. Work starts after age 18 using 52 weeks × 5 weekdays and your work hours. Study assumes ages 6–22 and 365 days per year. These are model assumptions, not actual attendance records.

Can I share my results on social media?

Yes. Copy the result link or a caption, share on X or LinkedIn, or use device sharing when available. The link contains birth dates and optional habits. If automatic sharing fails, you can select and copy the link manually.
